Newest Member of our Team: Jenny

Jenny Kramm

We’re proud to introduce the newest member of our Collectivity team, Jenny Kramm! Jenny joins the team as a full time Senior Consultant after having provided client support for 6 months as a dedicated contractor for Collectivity. She brings years of professional experience in our field providing strategy guidance and works with boards to help them improve processes and governance disciplines. She is currently supporting multiple team projects for Collectivity clients serving a diverse set of needs on those projects, with an emphasis on our work in the workforce sector with East Side Employment Exchange and CLUES.

Jenny loves to travel with her partner Jon, and teaches improv to special needs adults as a volunteer! She reigns from St. Paul where she is a home owner and has a rental property they’ve restored and manage. She is exploring the Carlson School MBA part time program, because she doesn’t already have enough to do 🙂
