Collectivity conducts virtual board training session with MN Community Measurement

MN Community Measurement (MNCM) believes in the power of data, and they utilize it to lead health care improvement in our region. MNCM works with doctors, hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, and state agencies to design measures and develop consensus on priorities for measuring health care quality, cost, and equity in Minnesota. They collect, analyze, and share actionable data to drive improvement. MNCM also engages with the community to advance the way data measurement is conducted in order to minimize burden, increase timeliness, make results more actionable, and bring improvements to the way data is shared between health care providers and payers.

Collectivity recently connected with MN Community Measurement to host a virtual session with their Board of Directors. During the lively session, board members participated in small groups to share insights on their roles and responsibilities. What emerged from the fruitful conversations were clearly defined action items and key questions to contribute to the Board’s ongoing development and success. Julie Sonier, President and CEO of MN Community Measurement, believed that the “enthusiasm and energy from Collectivity and the format of our session” provided an engaging opportunity for board members to reflect. This board training session set the stage for a continuous dialogue on how the MN Community Measurement Board of Directors can continue to align their strategies to advance  the organization’s mission and serve the community.
