Interfaith Action of Greater Saint Paul (IFA) is a 115-year old non profit that connects faith-based volunteers to social action work in the Twin Cities metro area. Their work includes staffing and running a food shelf that serves over 2100 people as well as running one of the largest family shelters in Ramsey County. As their organization grew, scaling their database and CRM became a priority and over the last year, Collectivity has been working on a Salesforce implementation for IFA.
