The East Side Employment xChange is a collaborative of organizations working together to connect job seekers in the East Side of St. Paul with equitable job opportunities. The xChange is involved with companies. and hiring organizations in the community and together they are making the hiring and recruitment process more equitable and accessible.
We had the pleasure of a conversation with Rachel Speck, the Employment Liaison for the xChange where she shared more about their work and goals.
