What follows are five key choice points that you may be encountering as a nonprofit organization today making strategic choices.

Choice Point 5: Operations and Technology

We breathed a sigh of relief when the clients we worked with on their operations and technology transitioned smoothly to working remotely in the pandemic. "Eighty-three percent of nonprofits agree that technology is imperative to their success, and less than a quarter of these same nonprofits indicated they had a long-term strategy to digitally transform."

Not sure where to start? We have solutions for you. In our two phase approach, we’ll get to know your mission, programs, people and processes that your organization uses today. We’ll identify recommendations for your operations and technology, and work with you to implement those recommendations.
